A native of Jersey City, Brian Slattery has lived in Monroe Township since 2015.  He has been working for Century 21 Action Plus Realty since 2019, specializing in residential real estate.

He has earned the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award - 2020-2022.

Brian serves on the NJR Young Professionals Network as 2024 Committee Chair and as a committee member of the NJR Equal Opportunity & Diversity Committee, as well as a committee member on the MORR Young Professionals Network.

“Not only do I work in the local community, I feel it is important to be active and to serve that community to make it an even better place to live for all of its residents.  I love my volunteer work with NJR because I believe by learning from and teaching fellow agents, we can elevate the industry and constantly improve the service the public deserves.”

In 2021, Brian earned his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, as well as his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification.  In 2022, he earned his At Home With Diversity certification and received the National Association of Realtors Commitment to Excellence endorsement.

Brian has also been a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance since 2023, recently becoming president of the first NJ chapter.

Besides being a full-time Realtor, Brian is also a Business Development Coach at Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Brian was honored to be one of ten Realtors selected for the inaugural NJR Leadership Academy Class of 2024, graduating at Triple Play in December, 2024.

“I was taught early in my real estate career that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.  I believe in order to best serve my clients and demonstrate to them that I truly care about their real estate needs, I must constantly work to broaden my knowledge and hone my skills.  It is my duty to my clients, and I feel blessed to take on such an awesome and important responsibility.”
